All products will be shipped as soon as possible (subject to credit clearance and stock availability). |

Please note that the order contract is not formed at the time of the customer’s order but only when Kids Learn Languages accepts the customers order.

We try to delivery to most destinations however if you would like to confirm before
placing an order you can email / call us (see Contact Us section for details).
Delivery is dependant on destination. Additional postage and handling costs are incurred for certain countries which you will be informed before the order is accepted and processed; however delivery can take 5-10 days from despatch. Additional security checks in certain countries may cause an additional delay.
For larger orders please contact us so that we can look at a cost effective way for delivering the DVDs to you.
Customs & duty
Shipments to US and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. |

The cut off for next day UK delivery is 1PM. Orders after 1PM will arrive a day after the next day subject to Royal Mail Terms and Conditions. |

Anything that is temporarily out of stock can still be ordered, and will be sent to you at no extra cost as soon as it is back in stock – expected delivery dates are displayed on the product detail page where possible. We do our best to ensure our product arrives on time, as per our published due dates, however from time to time we can experience delays. |

Absolutely! Buying Kids Learn Languages products online is quick, easy, convenient and safe. You must be careful when using your credit or debit card on-line or out shopping, all our payments are taken in a secure environment by Paypal, our sole payment processor. PayPal protects your privacy and information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer. |

A. Yes you can, just post the payment to:My Desi Guru limited, 64 Minster Road, London, NW2 3RG. For cheque payments accompanying orders received by post, the cheque will be banked upon receipt. Please note that delivery may take an additional 5 working days to allow for the cheque to be cleared.
Alternatively, please call the number provided in the Contact Us section and we will be happy to take your order over the phone, any credit or debit card number you give us will later be shredded after the payment has gone through. |

At Kids Learn Languages we always hope you will be happy with your order, however all sales are final. If there are issues/problems with your order, please inform us within 7 days of purchase via email and we will do our best to accommodate your request (details are in Contact Us section).
We are not responsible for goods lost in the post. If the order is lost this must be reported to us within 7 days after placing the order, Kids Learn Languages will replace the goods to an equal value after a full investigation with Royal Mail has been carried out.
Damaged orders must be reported and returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date in perfect original condition (with any seal and shrink-wrap intact, unless item is faulty) and enclose proof of purchase. All items are tested and, if not found defective will be returned to you – at your cost. We would advise that you send your return by registered post as the package is your responsibility until it reaches us. We are sorry but postage and packaging is non refundable. A small adminstrative charge will also need to be covered (10% of DVD price) if the DVD is not faulty.
Please note that items being returned must be genuinely faulty and the following reasons will not be acceptable for returns:

The item will not play on my equipment, i.e. due to a glitch, region coding, PAL format playback etc

I did not enjoy/like the content.
Please note, ALL refunds and replacements are at Kids Learn Languages discretion.
